5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. HauntForm is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item or size, you must return the original item and place a new order.
