Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Missing or Damaged Orders

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
